Cintas Service Supervisor interview questions

3 interviews, around half hour each. First being HR manager, second being hiring manager, third interview being a ride along with one of the drivers for around 3 hours and then an interview with the GM

Several interviews but necessary to fill the position with the correct partner. Had to come multiple times for interviews. Cintas goes into great detail during the hiring process to ensure the candidate knows what is expected of them.
