I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cintas (Auburn, WA) in Nov 2017
Interview
Easy process. Manager did the recruiting. Interview face to face with Manager then GM then Ride along then Director. You have to wow each person like any interview. It's a suit and tie gig so always have a tie and suit for men. Men arent allowed to have facial hair.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cintas (Kelowna, BC) in Jan 2018
Interview
I was good with initial phone interview and subsequent face to face interview. I have an issue with the next phase of screening being asked to visit 10 businesses and bring to the table potential business case scenarios. You are using me for sales leads prior to being offered the job and expecting me to, in a 2 week period, spend my unpaid time and expertise to drum up business for your company without any promise if a job. Some nerve. I walked away from it as a result. Users.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Cintas (Louisville, KY) in Mar 2017
Interview
I first had a phone interview that went beautifully. The gal interviewing me almost seemed to be coaching me for the 'real interview'. On the day of the actual interview both interviews went fairly typically, but the male interviewer didn't seem to interested in hiring a guy.
