Cintas Outside Sales Representative interview questions

Be prepared for a lengthy interview process. I had a total of 5 different interviews, this incudes my ride along experience. Upon meeting the hiring manager, had interview about 30 minutes long, then set up ride along for full day of shadowing exerience. I then met with the Senior Manager of that branch location who then moved me on to interview while the District Manager. This along with the my initial phone interview makes for a 30 + day process for a position that was to be filled asap.

Very meticulous hiring. Minimum 5 rounds of interviews including field ride. Must come prepared and with brag folder. Standard interview questions. Be prepared to ask and hard sell why you should come on board every stage to show how committed you are.
