Cintas Outside Sales Representative interview questions

1. Phone interview to verify qualifications; they ask you your background, resume, and past experience. 2. In-person interview going over resume; - After 10 minutes the interviewer did not have any other questions for me and walked me to the door. The interviewer failed to ask me any critical thinking questions that demonstrated my qualified background or my sales knowledge.

They were VERY unprofessional. Two managers asked me my age, one interrogated me like I was on trial for murder. Didn’t represent Cintas well AT ALL. And I was very excited about the company before this.
