The interview process was rather lengthy. Recruiter started with a basic phone screening, then had an in person interview with the hiring manager. Following two weeks later went on a field ride along with office manager, then proceeded with a group interview to finish.

Question 1
Give me an example when you were faced with adversity and what you did to overcome it?
I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Cintas in May 2015
Interview
I met at the Cintas Location. Sales manager was very accommodating to my schedule. He was not late and well prepared for the interview. Standard questions-reviewed the resume and several STAR questions. Follow up telephone interview with the regional sales manager with similar style questions. He just asked for a few more details. Overall-very professional and fair.

Question 1
Q: Describe a time when you disagreed with a decision your supervisor has made?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cintas (Toronto, ON) in Jan 2015
Interview
The company NEEDS a review on communication and responsibility. First interview: Manager did not show up and interviewed with another member of the team who realized I was the wrong person 30 minutes into it. Still passed along to the route ride with 3 reps who clearly outlined that their new manager needed some help. They were 2 hours late for the meeting and no apology by any of the team members including the hiring manager. After the route ride, an afternoon interview was scheduled and I was told the hiring manager was too busy and to expect a call later that day or the next. Follow up email sent - no response, found out they hired someone else. Absolute joke, lack of respect - frankly I am happy to not be moved through since the company needs help with time management and respect. Typical sales guys, "hey ho, sell sell sell".
