Cintas Management Trainee interview questions

Beyond frustrating and discouraging. The interview process was unnecessarily lengthy. I ended up doing 4 separate interviews over the span of 2 months. Between interviews I heard nothing for weeks on end. This last interview I was told I should get a offer decision within 3-5 days and it ended up being over 2 weeks, just to get a 15 second call saying that I am not being offered a position.

2 1-1 interviews followed by a full day “round robin”. A 1-1 interview with the GM of the location that needs you, followed by a final interview with the gvp.
