The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Cintas (Norcross, GA) in Jan 2025
Interview
The process was quite quick. I had three interviews over the course of three consecutive weeks, one each week. It started with a call from the recruiter, who also handled HR, followed by an online interview with her. After that, I had an in-person interview with the person who would be my direct manager. Finally, I had one last online interview with the regional manager.
All the interviews were behavioral questions. After my initial phone call, I came here and found the types of questions others had been asked before.
They wanted to hear a good story—how you’ve overcome challenges and demonstrated growth. They also value involvement in school organizations or extracurriculars. They want to see that with your life experience, you have something to offer to them. They care about hard working people, being on time, well presented, community involvement, etc.
After you get the offer, you have to pass background check and drug test.
