I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cintas (Philadelphia, PA) in Nov 2009
Interview
After an initial phone interview I met with the GMs of two offices and the regional HR lady. This was AFTER I had been in and completed the skills test. Overall, I had 4 interactions with Cintas, but was eventually declined a job.
Make sure you have ready examples of management experience, and answers to typical behavior questions. Including some unique questions (Describe a time when you developed a new approach to doing a previous job and it was adopted by other employyees).

Interview
Cintas has a lengthy interview process, even for hourly positions. Typically, for a management position you can expect to have at least 3 or 4 interviews, including one with a Vice President. The first interview is general information, what your GPA was, what activities you were in, why you want to work for the company, etc. Next, you have an online assesment that you will take that consists of some math and logic questions, in addition to questions about your service and sales ability. The second and third interviews are behavioral interviews, asking questions about times when you took charge of a project, a time when made a mistake & had to explain it to your boss, and a time when you were involved in a project and you were very competetive. They want to hear that you have leadership potential so think over situations from school or work when you solved problems and took charge of things. Finally, you will interview with the Regional HR Director and the Vice President. These interviews don't have scripted questions, but they will ask you questions to determine if you have the right fit for the job--competetive, sales-oriented, willing to work long hours(you can expect a 10 to 12 hour day minimum at Cintas),

Interview
I was contacted first by phone to let me know they had recieved my application, which I thought was a nice touch. They then went on to conduct a phone interview and then an on-site one one one interivew followed by a skills/intelligence test. Extemely nice people but they made it clear that this company demands hard work and will take care of you if you put the work in.
