I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Cintas (Charlotte, NC) in Jan 2012
Interview
The whole interview process took about six months. I had originally interviewed for an assistant Service Sales Rep position as I had just graduated college and needed a job. They looked at my resume and decided I would be a better fit for the management trainee program. A few organizational changes and travel schedules lengthened the process.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cintas (Cincinnati, OH) in Feb 2016
Interview
The initial step of the interview process was either an in person or phone call based interview. It was simple questions based on explaining more about your resume, the second interview takes place as a recording session. This interview gives you 90 seconds to answer a series of 17 questions. A lot of the questions are similar to the first round interview and more specific situational questions. I have not yet completed the third interview. EVERY SINGLE INTERVIEW THUS FAR, I HAVE BEEN ASKED TO TELL WHAT I KNOW ABOUT CINTAS.

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cintas
Interview
I did an on campus interview and then was invited onto a location for a round robin interview. It was relatively easy, and I did not think anything special about it because the company didn't match up with my goals.
