I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cintas (Charlotte, NC) in Feb 2016
Interview
Applied online. I was contacted within 1-2 weeks. First interview was over the phone and was basic questions about your interest, background, and your knowledge of the company. I spoke with 3 individuals during my in-person interview. Only 1 of 3 interviewers seemed interested in speaking with me the other 2 were very uptight and not personable. Very professional but not easy to interview with.

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Cintas (Cleveland, OH) in Mar 2016
Interview
I met them at a college career fair. First there was a short on campus interview, then a "round robin" triple interview 4 weeks later in Cleveland. I drove all the way there, and they cancelled the interview with no explanation. They set up a new one, so I had to drive back to Cleveland 2 weeks later. The interviewer said it went well and that he had no reservations about me and could not wait to meet again. I got an email the next week with no explanation saying I did not get the job.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cintas (Tulsa, OK) in Jan 2014
Interview
There were several steps in the interview process, like 5, for a job that payed an hourly rate. The sales team member that interviewed me seemed like he had better things to do
