Cintas Management Trainee interview questions

I met them at a college career fair. First there was a short on campus interview, then a "round robin" triple interview 4 weeks later in Cleveland. I drove all the way there, and they cancelled the interview with no explanation. They set up a new one, so I had to drive back to Cleveland 2 weeks later. The interviewer said it went well and that he had no reservations about me and could not wait to meet again. I got an email the next week with no explanation saying I did not get the job.

There were several steps in the interview process, like 5, for a job that payed an hourly rate. The sales team member that interviewed me seemed like he had better things to do
