The process was overall smooth, the company is looking for recent grads to be in their 3 different types of industries and are looking for people who take initiative and are leaders at their schools and jobs. I was not given the location I had applied for so I ultimately did not take the position but they have a lot of different to locations to choose from if you are looking to move away from home.
