Cintas Management Trainee interview questions

Three interviews, all virtual. The first is with HR, second with a manager, and the final one is with GM and head of HR. The process is quick ~two weeks.

It was long and tedious. Multiple interviews consisted of rounds with the recruiter, general manager, employee cohort, and a final panel type interview with the HR director, VP of sales, and the head honcho for that area. Overall it was a good experience. The last interview asked a lot of big picture questions
