Cielo interview questions

The first point of contact from the company was an initial phone interview from the Internal TA to assess your related experience and other housekeeping questions (e.g., location and salary expectations). The next would be an interview with one or two Delivery Leads from the Shared Delivery. On this stage, you would be screened based on how you would fit into the culture of the team and company. You would also be assessed based on your competency to perform the daily tasks and how you work with teammates. Usually, there's no 3rd interview. After the 2nd one, they would reach out with a feedback.
