Centene interview questions

First round interview with Recruiter. Asked a lot of behavioral questions and was very resume specific. Seemed more like a more formal version of a phone screen. After recruiter interview there was a direct interview with the team you would be working with, they asked similar behavioral questions. Overall experience was unpleasant, but probably due to the team and not the process.

Initial screening call & then video interview. Both interactions were friendly and informative - I felt like they were genuinely curious what I brought to the table. I wouldn’t mind interviewing again.
