Centene interview questions

I only ever interacted with the recruiter via email, which was interesting but not a problem. The actual interview process took 3 rounds before getting the offer, all with people more senior than the position I was interviewing for. They were from different areas across the organization, which gave me a good sense of priorities and dynamics at the company.

Initial Screening with recruiting team. Zoom interview with hiring manager and HR. The interview was scheduled for 45 minutes. There was a set agenda including 3 situational interview questions and 10 minutes of additional q&a.
