interview was very short applied and got a call in a few days I received a phone interview first met with the manager and then was called back for a second interview face to face and then was called one the choice was made to hire me

Very intense many steps multiple interviews kept asking same questions different ways. They stare at you sizing you up and down want to be sure you can do job. Ask a lot of what if questions. What do you bring to this job? Are you capable of budgeting time how do you prioritize?
