Interview
1) Contacted by recruiter HR screening 2) Phone interview with directors. The first part of the interview was very pleasant and welcome. The second part interview was nerve wrecking. Questions were thrown at you and there was an uneasy judgemental tone to the interview. The interview was not friendly or conversational.

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Centene (Conway, AR) in Apr 2015
Interview
A member of the HR staff and the supervisor for the specific department I was applying to conducted on-campus interviews. They were very friendly, professional, and interested in my specific experience and ability to contribute to the company.
I was particularly pleased that they didn't ask very many of the robotic typical interview questions ("Tell about a time when you..."); instead, they listed specific tasks I'd be given in the role for which I was applying, and asked me abut any previous experience I had with similar tasks, and if not, how I might approach them.
They also were happy to answer my questions about their personal experience with the company, and it was obvious that they loved their jobs and the people with whom they worked. This is one of the few interviews I've ever done where I felt like they were trying to win me over, and not the other way around.
