Centene interview questions

I was recruited by a headhunter who found my application on Monster. I was contacted to attend an interview, but time was tight for everyone. I went to the interview after having worked 4 nights in a row. Upon arrival, I was shown around the offices, all 3 floors. The manager (a social work background) and a supervisor (a nursing background) both interviewed me. It was open and friendly

Job Description did not even resemble the actual job description being offered. Hiring Manager was 15 minutes late to the interview and was disorganized. The manager did not appear to have even read my resume and intimated that an internal candidate was the favorite for the job. I wondered why I was being interviewed if the hiring manager had already made that choice.
