I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Casper (New York, NY)
Interview
The interview process begins with a written sample responding to some typical customer concerns and comments. Once you complete that you'll move on to several skype or in person interviews depending on where you live, speaking to about 5 employees along with one of the co-founders. Young company, pretty informal.

Question 1
Tell us about a time when you had to resolve a conflict?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Casper (New York, NY) in Jul 2015
Interview
Email response was quick - within 48 hours of applying which is nice, but phone interview felt lack luster and rushed. Former Office Manager sounded distracted and wasn't prepared for the call. I am taking time out of my day to find the right company for me to move to. I would have appreciated the same courtesy. I don't want to feel as if I am being rushed off the phone. It only makes the interview process more nerve wrecking. I think phone interviews are impersonal (and I understand why companies do them), but this negative experience only solidified my dislike for them.

Question 1
Why do you want to be in product/manufacturing industry?
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Casper (New York, NY) in Jul 2015
Interview
Amazingly, I was contacted on the same day when I submitted my application online, without knowing anyone there. We scheduled a phone interview 2 days later. During the interview, after finishing asking me questions, the recruiter took his time answering my questions about the role and the company. He moved very quickly and got back to me in three days. Though he didn't proceed with my candidacy, his message was very kind.
