Carrier interview questions

Initial interview was a HireVue virtual recording. Not live interview, basic behavioral questions, had as many tries to re-record as necessary. Moved on the live virtual interview with 3 different professionals in the FP&A area. Reviewed resume with more behavioral questions thrown in.

Had an phone interview that was to last 15 minutes. The phone call went for 50 minutes, and went very well. Was told I was moving onto the next round of interviews and they would reach out to me the next day about scheduling a one hour Zoom call. I never heard anything back, and followed up 4 times over the next 2 weeks. No communication. Very unprofessional.
