Carrier interview questions

Worst interview experience in my career. They scheduled an interview for mobile application developer. They took 5 rounds of interview from L1 to Director. Then HR told the position went on hold. After one month, again HR called me and and conducted 3 rounds. After completion of HR discussion, next day she called and told me that the skill set is changed by team.
