Carrier interview questions

Great process all phone and video interviews. Due to covid they made the process easy as it could be. There was drug testing so the process was more lengthy than most. But well worth it

My main issue with the interview process was that the description states, " team leadership experience preferred", which I have. Upon conclusion of the process, it was explained that I was not chosen due to not having managerial experience. As managerial experience was the deal-breaker for this position, it should have been listed as a requirement. In the back of my mind, this appears to be some sort of bias. In addition, the utilization of resources was inefficient as the entire team to the managing director spent time interviewing me.
