Carrier interview questions

Submitted job application online and received an email from recruitment team a week later. Scheduled a phone interview with general HR. On the same day of the phone interview, I was also given a recorded video interview with four question. A week later, I received a phone call and an email along to schedule for the next round of hiring manager interview.

I had a phone interview and they never followed up. I followed up several times with no response. I only received an automated email months later telling me that I was not selected for the position.
