CarMax Sales Consultant interview questions

Interview process was fairly easy, however when asked about compensation they stated they couldn't answer that until the next round of the interview(threw me off seeing as this is a commission only sales job). Even in the next round of the interview the commission was explained with gray areas and was not clear. The average compensation I was told for the store was a little on the lower end for me. Overall seemed like a decent company to work for, however just wasn't a good fit for me.
