Interview
Good experience. First a qualifying phone interview that lasted 15 minutes and ended with scheduling a face to face interview.
The onsite interview started with filling out a lot of forms and taking an online test. This was followed by a one to one interview with behavior type questions. This was followed by a group interview and more behavior type questions. Then you are asked to "sell a car" to one of the interviewers.
At the end they indicate they will get back to you.

Interview
Applied for the position online. Got back to me in a couple of days and requested for me to come in for a preliminary interview and more paperwork. Did the interview with a coordinator, filed additional paperwork, and did a mock sales gig (you can pick a car on the lot beforehand or let the sales manager choose for you). The final interview was with the GM 4 days later (she wanted to gauge my personality and whether I could carry on a conversation).
