CarMax Sales Consultant interview questions

When thru three interviews. First was an online interview followed by a meeting with two managers. The have you do a mock sale of a car the last interview is a drug test and then the tell you the commission you receive per vehicle.

Received a phone call on Wed. Went in on Thurs. about 2 hrs. Talked to about 3 different people, and did a computer interview regarding background check etc. Then I had to try to sell a car to one of the managers. He liked my confidence, and scheduled me to come in for 2nd interview next day Friday. Only took 1/2 hour, so I am not sure if the manager did not like my answers regarding sales experience which I have none.
