CarMax Sales Consultant interview questions

The manager follow up is very fast. The interview process is interactive instead of the traditional Q&A styled interview. They actually get to know you as a person before making a final decision. You meet the store manager and have a brief post luminary interview after your interview with the sales manager. They are both great and down to earth btw
