CarMax Sales Consultant interview questions

The process was pretty smooth. After I submitted an application they called me for a short over the phone interview, after that they scheduled an in person interview. The in person interview took about two hours and everyone was very nice.

There was phone interview. Then an in house interview where you meet with the shift manager and do a mock sales presentation. After they said we’ll let you know next week. Interviewer was 10 minutes late and other sales consultants looked like they were playing on their phones not doing any work. Looked like a preview of what to expect how their store is run.
