CarMax interview questions

The interview process consists of at least three managers from different departments, ending with the manager from the office for which you're applying. Typical questions include: "Tell me about a time when you had to work as a team to accomplish a goal." and "How would you persuade a team member to act on your idea."

The part that through me for a loop was the sales interview. There is a role play where you do a fake sale with a manager. Basically they was to see that you can carry on a conversation and be friendly in a sales environment.
