CarMax interview questions

It's a typical how do you work with others will you screw others over, will you bla bla bla... Just answer the q's its a company thats run on keywords. Just say the right thing and they cannot say no. They actually prefer if youve never sold cars at real dealerships ever before so they can mold you into the Carmax way. Which sounds great at the beginning but becomes kind of annoying when your trying to sell cars.

The phone interview was simple..explain a time when you had to promote or sale something and always smile and have a positive attitude. talk about team work and sound determined. they love confidence and being trainable bc they want to turn u into a robot.
