Interview
Had a quick phone interview. Not difficult at all. Very straightforward. You need to first go through online survey. They'll call you within 2-5 days to schedule a phone interview. They scheduled a meeting in person, but after researching the company I realized the salary is too low. I also did not want to waste time on the one-month, full-time training. It should be rather easy to get hired since the company tends to pay below market.

Interview
The interview process was pretty easy and straightforward. I was asked pretty standard questions that one would expect for a job interview, for example, describing past work experience and my ability to work in a team environment. I originally applied online, and someone from the company called me a few days later for an initial phone conversation, which basically consisted of just discussing some of the details in my resume. After that I was given a date for an in-person interview at the company. Upon completion of the in-person interview, I was offered the position.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at CarMax in Sep 2016
Interview
Phone interview with recruiter; aptitude test on software knowledge; type short letter canceling an account then face-to-face interview with 2 members of the legal team, counsel and Sr. paralegal. Everything in the interview was standard, it was actually fun. I asked the panel questions, I thought it went really well.
