CarMax interview questions

Started with a phone call interview. Then was called in to the dealership for actual interview. I was interviewed by three different managers, Was given a walk-thru of the facility by one manager and all of the offices associated with the dealership.

They make tou wait around for hours and then make you take a personality test. Took over 6 hours. They also make you pee in a cup and they send it to a lab. It is very cold and inpersonal. Everything about it felt mechanical and like a typical big corporate American employer.
