CarMax interview questions

Applied. Got a call 4 days later, phone interview. Came in a week later for a face interview, that process took 3-4 hours, took a drug test on the stop, then started 5 days after that.

Long multiple interviews. They wanted me to role play on my final interview which was awkward. There are a lot of managers and each one interviewed me. First phone interview then in person interview then a panel interview followed by a role play scenario.
