CarMax interview questions

Phone Interview, then full day interview at the office in Richmond. Went there the night before for a dinner with some associates and stayed at a hotel (they paid for). They had 4-5 interviews, some behavioral, some case, and one with HR. They also provided lunch and conducted a drug test.

I applied through a internet hiring site and had a interview scheduled after taking an on line questionnaire at on of their stores they will have you sign off to have a background check, review of your credit history and driving record. If all comes back ok you will be scheduled for a second interview.
