I applied through a recruiter. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at CarMax
Interview
Started with brief call with a recruiter, followed by an hour long case study call, then an all-day onsite interview with a number of people from the team, which included both problems/case studies and behavioral interviews, plus a drug test. Including time to go back and forth on the offer (ultimately declined), the whole process took about two months. Offer was declined because I was contacted about a Manager role, but they ultimately extended the offer for a Senior Analyst role instead.
