CarMax interview questions

I applied online and was contact within 2 business days. They called me in for an in-person interview where they had me fill out a questionnaire on the computer. Then I had to walk them from beginning to end of how I would start and close a sale.

The hiring process consisted of a phone screen interview and then and invite to an in-person interview. I spoke to the sales manager and he was also one of three people who interviewed me in person. I was hired on the spot after about one hour of conversations with sales, operations, and general manager.
