CarMax Business Office Associate interview questions

Phone interview with managers assistant followed by personal interview with two senior managers, one of which would be my immediate supervisor. Met before the store opened and was given drug test that day. Also had to fill out a background check for my position.

Applied online and got a call for a phone interview. Passed that and scheduled an interview for the following week if I recall correctly. From that interview I was told I would hear back by Monday. Called Tuesday and I understood since it's tax refund time and was told to come in for the next steps. Was offered the position as soon as I sat down with the Business Office Manager.
