The process took 1 week. I interviewed at CarMax (Puyallup, WA)
Interview
I applied online and within that day I got a call asking if I could do a phone interview. The phone interview was about 11 mins long, just asked about my availability, why I want to leave my current job. Then moved on to, “tell me a bout a time” questions. They then asked if i can come in the next day for an interview. In person interview was about an hour long. Met with two managers and a manager in training. I was kinda nervous going in but they were so friendly my nerves went out the door. Again just more “tell me about a time” questions and asking why I want to work for carmax as well as asking about previous jobs and what I did. I got an offer and excepted. Can’t wait to work for this team!

Question 1
Tell me about a time you had to work with a coworker and what was the outcome
Consisted of a pre-assesmrnt online quiz. A phone interview then an in person interview which consisted of one on one and panel interviews . Dress business casual and there is a oral mouth swab test would come clean ;)
I applied on a Friday and they called me the following Monday to set up a phone interview for Tuesday. It went well and they asked me to come in for an in person interview on Friday of that week. First I answered some questions on a computer. After that I had 3 interviews with 3 different managers and a couple of leads in the business office. I was nervous at first, but they were so nice and it helped ease my nerves. They offered me the job that day. It was fairly intensive for an interview process, but I wouldn’t say they were difficult interviews.
