CarMax Business Office Associate interview questions

There are three rounds of interviews after the application is submitted, and the online personality test. The first round interview is a single individual. The second round is a panel interview. The final round is with a store department manager.

The hiring process consisted of a phone screen interview and then and invite to an in-person interview. I spoke to the sales manager and he was also one of three people who interviewed me in person.
