I recently took an online assessment (OA) for a position, and I found the experience to be quite positive. The assessment included a mix of four LeetCode questions categorized as easy and medium difficulty. I appreciated the clarity of the questions, which allowed me to showcase my problem-solving skills effectively.
Additionally, I want to highlight the recruiter’s role in this process. They were very communicative and kept me well-informed throughout the entire evaluation period. This level of communication made me feel supported and confident, which is often crucial during the interview process.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Capital One in Dec 2025
Interview
Had a screening call with the recruiter, where the person asked me why I was interested in analytics and Capital One. The first round was a mini-case round, with a quantitative case study. The power-day round had 3 rounds, with 2 case study rounds and 1 product interview round. The case study rounds were similar to the mini-case, but lengthier and more difficult, while the product round is based on a digital B2C product of your choice.
