Capital One interview questions

Started with a recruiter call followed by a mini case interview followed by a powerday. Mini case round involved lots of calculations and a case study similar to the one given in their prep resources

The process was professional and thorough. It began with an initial HR screening call, followed by a technical interview with the lead scientist. We discussed my academic background in marine biology and my hands-on experience with aquatic system maintenance and troubleshooting mechanical hardware. The team seemed very focused on practical problem-solving skills and my ability to manage complex filtration environments.
