Capital One interview questions

Spoke with a recruiter initially which was easy and included some basic questions. She was a really helpful individual through the process. I went through about six interviews with them.

OA: 70-80 min technical assessment (CodeSignal). Focus on SQL/Python and data manipulation. HR Screen: 30 min recruiter call. Resume walkthrough and "Why Capital One?" Data Challenge: Take-home or timed task. EDA on a messy dataset + business recommendations. Power Day: 3-4 hour final round. Includes a Business Case (math/structuring), Technical/Coding, and Behavioral (STAR method).
