Capital One Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Applied online through LinkedIn . A recruiter got in touch and did a phone interview and described the position. She then scheduled me for an in person interview on the main campus. I was interviewed by two managers seperately for about 25 minutes each. The first was situational questions using the "STAR" or "SOAR" method. The second was a general "do you fit the position" interview with questions like why I would be good for them to hire. Both asked four questions and offered for me to ask questions at the end. I was told they would contact me a few days later with a decision. I emailed them the next week and asked for a followup on my status. She then called me back and emailed me saying they chose candidates with more experience.

Extensive. First you must pass a pre hire screening test. Then a phone interview with manager. Then in person interview with 2 or more managers, very long questions. same questions are asked for phone interview and in person interview.
