Capital One Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

It started with a group interview and then moved to micro teams. From the teams, positions were offered to individuals interested in the pay per hour. This was for a call center and not for a retail office.

Online application. Email came in a few weeks later inviting me to a phone interview. Lasted about an hour. Invited to take online assessment. Was informed that I passed right away. Invited to travel to Chicago for interview with the hiring manager. 1 hour long interview process. Asked me some questions and expected answers to be in SAR format. One interviewer was very personable and polite, the other was very quiet and had no personality. Once interview was completed I was walked out of building and told I would hear back within 1-2 weeks. I had to contact recruiter 3 times to get an update. Finally got them on the phone and was informed another candidate was selected.
