The interview process was smooth. The interview process is divided into two parts; Functional and Technical role. The functional interview is basically analyzing your soft skills and business processes knowledge. The technical role interview was more about programming language such as C++, C# and Java.

interview started from 9am morning and first written was there 25 ques in 30 min mostly it contained english quest 10 to 12 question than reasoning and aptitude . english was tough.
after completing written they called for the students who were selected for GD in which u have to be yourself and speak out well than technical round in which question was asked from your skills like java , .net etc than finally HR.
I interviewed on campus with a recruiter. It was a very laid back interview. It was like talking with an old friend. A few weeks later I had an on site interview. They gave me a 3 day notice. But they paid for my hotel. It was a little strange bc I was in LA Quinta while others interviewing were put in the Hilton...but anyway, there was 2 30 min interviews that I had to complete. The first man interviewing me said I was everything they were looking for. The second guy I interviewed with said that my answers reminded him of his favorite manager. Ironically I never got a call back. The benefits are amazing! The people are very nice.
