Première rencontre avec des RH lors d'un salon, puis test de français et de logique, un entretien sur place avec un RH et un autre entretien sur place avec un technique. J'ai littéralement Aced l'entretien, cependant j'ai eu le malheur de dire que je ne souhaité pas un stage de pré-embauche ce qui m'a probablement valu un refus. Je n'ai eu aucun retour ce qui aurait dût être fait dans les deux semaines d'après le manager. J'ai dut contacter par deux fois le manager (par mail) puis par téléphone pour avoir une réponse de sa part comme quoi il ne pouvait pas me répondre mais qu'un RH aurait dût me prévenir, j'ai ensuite eu une réponse négative avec aucun feedback. D'après ce que j'ai vu de l'entreprise c'est une usine à stagiaire.

I was called to attend the interview at their location. The overall hiring process is very simple and straight forward. That's the best thing I liked. The interview consisted of two technical rounds; the rounds were focused on real time situations and basic technology related questions. After both the round's HR announced the result and I was told I'll be having telephonic HR round next day. I didn't get any call next day but received mail to submit the documents. And two days I was done with HR round and within a week offer was rolled out. The overall process took not more than 2 weeks. The best interview experience ever had!

I received the call letter to attend the drive on May 7 from one of the CGI employees that my resume has been short listed for the role. When i attended the drive the company guy announced this is referral drive and we need to mention the Name, Mobile and Emp-Id of the employee on the resume to attend the drive and also we need to verify the employee by calling them and there was no mentioning of the employee reference in the interview letter. Furthermore ME, MTech, MCA are not eligible for the drive. When someone asked then why did u send us the letter for the interview that we have been shortlisted the employee irresponsibly answered that this was a bulk message sent to every one and we are not responsible for this. Such irresponsible persons are there at CGI first they send mail our resume has been shortlisted and then say we are not responsible for the mail. I traveled a long distance to attend the interview and just waste of money and time and rest of the whole day.
