First round was a behavioral interview after meeting the recruiter at a career fair at my school. Second round was at the headquarters in Fairfax. I would coordinate with the recruiter throughout the day, but the interviews were with current employees. All the interviews were behavioral, but they asked about technical experience as wel.

They called me and bookek an online interview. First one lasted 30 minutes and a second one of 45 minutes, technical. They were very polite and it was all good. The job was for a position of business analyst at a local bank.
