It's like chatting with an old friend. Get familiar with the company, its background and foundation and throw some hospitality gab into the mix. You'll be fine.

Question 1
What makes you think you are the best person for the job?
The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Booking.com in Feb 2011
Interview
Interview comprised of a telephone interview followed by a 1:1 interview involving HR manager and Regional manager. Telephone interview was quite straight forward no trick questions seemed more a like a test on communcation skills.
1:1 was as expected more in-depth with a lot of scenario questions i.e. if you were faced with this issue how would you deal with it. Seemed important for them that you saw the business in the same light as they did. I would recommed you get as much background info on the culture of the company. e.g. flat line structure, open plan work space etc.
I received work back 9 days later to say I had not been selected. After contacting the HR manager to get a more concise explanation I was told that I was over qualified for that particular position and they would keep me on file for future post.
