I applied on Linkedin and was emailed to set up a face to face interview. The interview was the most pleasant and professional interview I have ever been on. I was able to freely express myself and show my potential by answering questions and having my questions answered.

IF INTERNAL you will have to prepare a SWOT analysis on the market of interest EVEN if you work this market already and are producing money for them present it and answer internal questions from a manager who may not have reached the success you have in their prospective markets
EXTERNAL you will answer questions about your past sales career, your past companies culture and environment.

Interview
Had a phone interview with recruiter and two in person interviews. First interview was two district managers. Thought it went really well, had to lead and ask a lot of questions myself. Second interview was two hours long, great conversation and very enthusiastic about the company.
