Interview
Interviews at Boeing follow a STAR process. Situation, Task or Action, and Result. You are usually asked 4-5 questions, and are usually derived from the bullet points in the job req. You are asked to describe a situation you've been in, what your actions were to solve the situation and the results of your actions. It's never more than an hour and there are usually 5-8 candidates that are asked to come in for each req. The process can take over 3 months from the time you apply to the time you get a job offer.

Interview
I went through the accelerated hiring process. I spoke with a recruiter on campus and the following day I was offered an interview. All of the questions where behavioral based questions and were fairly straight forward. After the interview they called me a few hours later about their decision to offer me a position.
After receiving an offer in October, I flew out to Seattle to participate in their matching event. This consisted of three interviews with various departments. Questions went both ways and it was a change to find the position that would be the right match for me.

Question 1
Talk about a time when a group member was not pulling their weight. What did you do?
Interviewed over the phone for an engineering position. A group of 5 was on the other end! Asked me your basic behavioral questions related to the position and how it will help you succeed. 3 fairly simple technical questions (describe these terms/concepts as best you can).
